Manuel Fleming II was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC and now lives in the Banking Capital of North Carolina where he is an Auditor for a major Bank. Mr. Fleming attended The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During his tenure as an undergraduate he held leadership positions in a handful of organizations such as Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). In addition to his work in the financial industry, Mr. Fleming has made it a focus to change the financial illiteracy rates within the minority community. Having bear witness to the generational curses that financial illiteracy can have on a family, he has vowed to uplift and steward unification amongst those target minority groups here in the US and around the world. Today he continues his fight against inadequacy and is both excited and aggressive in sharing his passion for education, entrepreneurship and being a true beacon of hope and life for others. Manuel Fleming is the co- founder and COO of The Tulsa Initiative, a digital mentoring platform that uplifts and motivates while inspiring generations to liberate themselves to freedom while impacting and serving their communities.
