Expose our participants to resources, leaders, and networks connected to Fayetteville

Educate

Educate others and allow participants to discover self-identity and diversity, through engaging sessions centered around personal branding, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation powered by young Fayetteville natives

Empowerment

Empowerment through and by others to expose participants to a variety of resources, skills, and networks to enhance their scholastic experience.

Summit Highlights

FYS Summit is a collaborative effort between The Tulsa Initiative, Two-Six Project, DIVERSE, WORTH Court, community leaders, corporate partners, and educational institutions to inspire and educate the next generation of leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to explore various pathways in technology, entrepreneurship, mental health, human trafficking awareness, and creativity. FYS is open to all High School Students that attend Cumberland County Schools (CCS). Students can sign up for the FYS at any CCS High School Front Office.

The Keys to Success Male Summit

The Keys to Success Male Mixer, held every year, is a transformative day event organized to connect individuals identifying as male with invaluable resources for growth, development, and access. In collaboration with the Fayetteville State University Matriculation Institute, the event was designed to provide high school and college students with early exposure to post-graduation opportunities and entrepreneurial pathways. The Keys To Success Male Summit is open to all High School Students that attend Cumberland and Hoke County Schools. Students can sign up for the summit at any CCS/HCS High School Front Office.
