Antwon Person

Antwon Person is a retired U.S. Army officer, entrepreneur, and business coach with more than two decades of executive leadership experience across the Department of Defense and the private sector. A native of Boykins, Virginia, he has led complex, high-performing organizations in environments where accountability, strategic execution, and mission success were essential.In addition to his military service, Antwon has been an entrepreneur since 2007, successfully launching, growing, and exiting multiple businesses across several industries. Following his retirement from military service, he founded Skillful Brands, a business growth and technology firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs simplify operations and build sustainable businesses.Today, Antwon works with entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders to create the systems, structure, and operational discipline needed to scale beyond the founder. Through coaching, consulting, and technology solutions, he helps clients move from operational chaos to strategic growth. He holds degrees and certifications from Virginia State University, Florida Institute of Technology, the United States Army Command and General Staff College, and Florida State University.
