Mr. Stroud-Melvin was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is currently resides in MD, where he holds a career with a Federal Law Enforcement agency. Mr. Stroud-Melvin attended Fayetteville State University and attended DeVry University to obtain his MBA. Mr. Stroud-Melvin continues to serve his community by Lifting as He Climbs. Mr. Stroud-Melvin is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Ocie Stroud-Melvin serves on the Executive Team as the Assistant Executive Director of Administration & Finance of The Tulsa Initiative Inc.
