– Clearly articulate your sponsorship objectives, desired level of involvement, and any specific areas of interest or alignment with our mission and initiatives.
– Include your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, for our team to reach out to you.

2. Submission by E-Mail: admin@tulsanonprofit.org or
-Print and mail your sponsorship inquiry letter to the following address: 109 Hay Street, STE 202, Fay, NC 28301

– Ensure that your letter is addressed to the attention of the Sponsorship Department or designated sponsorship contact.

3. Team Follow-Up:
– Upon receiving your sponsorship inquiry letter, a dedicated member of our team will process your request and reach out to you promptly.

– We will work collaboratively with you to tailor a sponsorship package that aligns with your goals and maximizes the impact of your support.

4. Formal Agreement:
– Following the consultation, we will provide you with a sponsorship agreement for review and signature.

– Upon agreement, we will formalize your sponsorship arrangement and commence collaboration on your chosen initiatives or programs.

5. Continued Communication:
– Throughout the sponsorship process, our team will maintain open lines of communication to ensure that your sponsorship experience is seamless and satisfactory.
