Purpose Statement
The Tulsa Initiative was founded with a clear purpose in mind: to address the challenges faced by BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities and empower individuals to create positive change. Through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and education, we aim to equip BIPOC individuals with the tools and resources they need to succeed, both personally and professionally. Our purpose is to cultivate leaders, foster unity, and drive economic empowerment within BIPOC communities.

We are committed to providing individuals with the support and resources they need to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances. Through our programs and initiatives, we seek to promote economic equity, foster community development, and build a brighter future for BIPOC individuals and communities.
